                  Why do we love anime?

        
     Hi guys,

As I wander through my life this question came across me, why do we love anime? or why should we love anime? I am not expert in anime or something like that but I have watched a bit of anime. So I decided to write my answer to this question. As you come here that means either you want a reason to start watching anime or just want to know why you love anime?  
I hope after reading this you will get you answer.

Let’s just not waste any time and dive into in but first……….

I want to split it into two parts,

i.       Learning aspects of anime

ii.       Entertaining aspect of anime

i.      Learning aspects of anime

 As some of you may know that some people don’t watch anime just for entertainment, they watch it to learn something to gain something valuable like happiness, excitement and so on. What you can learn or get watching anime;

1.MOTIVATION:

The first thing came into my mind is that I mostly watch anime for motivation. Sometimes when I am so demotivated and distracted that I cannot focus on anything and guess what I do then I start watching good motivational anime, not every anime is motivational but some of them are like Naruto, Haikyuu, My hero academia etc.

In hard times I find anime very relaxing. I remember the day when I was watching anime and holding back my tears I was thinking about the struggle of the main character of anime what he or she had to go through but the mc didn’t lose hope. It motivates us that it’s okay to face hard times you cannot undo these hardships that everyone has to face this but you have to stay strong and don’t give up.

2. CHARACTERS:

 One of the amazing things anime have is its character variety. Its characters are relatable. You can relate to the characters of anime. Every character is different, he/she has his/her distinct personalities. You will see that some are shy some are confident and many more. For example, if you are trying to be confident (which I know you are) then you are going to find someone in anime who is trying to do the same. Will the character be able to do that? If you follow the series, you will find out. If you are optimistic despite the bad things around you, there must be some character who is as optimistic as you. You can learn about hard times, and many more. Once you start exploring anime you will find out. If you are curious which character you can relate to, then click here. 3. QUOTES:

Anime quotes are so much full of wisdom of life. I still have the diary where I have written quotes from anime. I read them often because they say to me, hey I know it's hard but you can do this

It tells you a lot about this world and how to live in this world. There are a lot of quotes in anime check out.

4. Japanese culture:

    Let’s be honest, before watching anime how many of you guys know anything about Japan or Japanese. The one thing I know about japan before watching was just the country flag. As I started watching anime, I got know more about Japanese culture Japanese language their school system. and know I think I can understand a few words of Japanese. So yeah, if you are interested in learning about Japanese cultures, Japanese language then anime might be the good starter.

  

ii. Entertainment aspects of anime

Now, I am gonna talk about entertainment in anime. Most of the people know about anime as entertainment medium. Anime provides a variety of entertainment. Want to find out?

1.Story

Anime probably has the most variety of stories. There are a lot of anime with great stories. If you like thriller psychological stories you better be watching death note,   code geass or psycho pass etc. there are a lot of anime with sad romantic struggling stories.

Anime stories are so deep and delightful. I think you are not going to find stories like in anime in any other animated storytelling medium. It keeps your attention. Fills you with emotions. The best way to know more about anime stories is to start watching anime.

2.Fights

Fights?? Just thinking about anime fights making me excited because my mind starts to recall epic fights in anime. I bet you cannot find this much epic wild thrilling fights anywhere else but in anime. Anime have awesome fights. You want to see some hand-to-hand combat better start watching anime. If you want to have wild destruction fights yep you are gonna find them in anime. And how can I forget anime swords fights yes anime got this one too.

I appreciate the hard work behind these highly choreographed fights with epic scenes. The animators put a lot of efforts and time perfecting them.

If you ask me to sum up this in one sentence, then I would say anime fights are AWESOME.

3.Visuals/Scenes:

One of the best things anime has, is its crazy visuals. It is astonishing how the animators portray the imaginary scenes in the anime. Visuals in anime are worth watching. They can take you into the whole other world.

4.Music/soundtracks:

Last but not least, anime soundtracks and music is awesome.

If you search my phone’s music gallery 80% out 100 is anime soundtracks. They put so much effort in composing the soundtrack and synchronizing with the situation or in broader spectrum with anime main theme. If you just listen to them, you can feel the pleasantly strange feeling in your heart. Anime music forces you to feel the way you felt when you were watching anime. It makes you feel passionate. It can make you say to yourself “hey, pal stand up and do something big”.
